	IL GLICINE Colosseo, Holiday Home for two persons, to let from 2 nights to 1 month, it is located in via Leonina, near Piazza della Suburra, a stone throw from the Roman Forum and the Colosseum, and it is very well connected by public transport to all the other parts of the “Eternal” City.

IL GLICINE Colosseo is approved (Aut. 451/2001) by APT (Rome Tourist Authority) and by the Council of Rome. The apartment is located in the heart of the characteristic district of Monti, which takes its name from the six original montes (Viminale, Quirinale, Celio, Esquilino, Oppio and Cispio) and boasts Rome’s largest archaeological area. It is full of narrow, winding streets, medieval alleys and the little houses piled up in Suburra remind one of a typical peaceful village atmosphere.

This recently restored apartment is made up of a cosy elegantly furnished 20 sq.m. space, on the second floor of an eighteenth-century building. The beamed ceiling, parquet and wooden furniture make for an intimate and romantic atmosphere.

The flat is a comfortable bed sit furnished with a double sofa-bed, a dining table and two chairs, an en-suite toilet and shower, a small well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast or cook a complete meal. There is a microwave oven too.

The apartment is furnished of Satellite TV, air conditioning, microwave oven, stereo CD. Bed and bath linen are provided free-of-charge. English, Spanish and French are spoken. Guests will be given detailed maps of Rome and all the information necessary for a pleasant stay in Rome or eventual excursions outside the city.

How to reach us
BY PLANE: From “Leonardo da Vinci” airport (Fiumicino) you can get a taxi (about 47 Euro for a 40 min. ride) or take the train (9 Euro) to Termini station and then the underground-line B or bus number 75 or 204 up to “Metro Cavour” for a 1 hour ride. After getting out from the underground cross via Cavour and go down the stairs that will take you to Piazza della Suburra. The apartment is on the square, in via Leonina. IL GLICINE can arrange a reliable taxi to and from the airport for its guests (€ 47 per trip): ask for this service by e-mail. From Ciampino airport, take the CO.TRA.L bus near the Bus Arrivals to the “Anagnina” underground station, from which you should then take the underground to Roma Termini station. From here you can take the underground-line B or bus number 75 or 204 up to “Metro Cavour”. After getting out from the underground cross via Cavour and go down the stairs that will take you to Piazza della Suburra. The apartment is on the square, in via Leonina. In case you arrive by car directly to the apartment, please click here for further information about ZTL and its access timetable. Anyway, you can park the car (1 Euro/hour) nearby the apartment.

Price List

Prices are in Euro, apply to ONE NIGHT and include taxes.
A minimum stay between 3 and 6 nights is required (depending on the periods). An advance of 20% of the total amount should be paid (by Credit Card or other money transfer's methods) at the reservation time.
The balance will be paid at the arrival.
