Built during the Jubilee year, the N° 8 tram line takes passengers to Largo Argentina and the rest of the city centre. |

IL GLICINE Mattonato - S.Maria in Trastevere apartment is situated on the ground floor of an historic palazzo just 200 metres from Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere. The spacious 40 m² living environment has two raised areas for sleeping and a bathroom with shower/bath. The kitchen is tucked away under the larger of the two sleeping areas. The living area is fitted with a single sofa bed and a dining table. The kitchen has all the equipment necessary to cook a full meal: pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, a large fridge, a freezer, an oven and a hob. A washing machine is also available. |

Guests may also use a 27 m² cellar joined to the rest of the house via a spiral staircase (as can be seen in the photo). |

A taxi from Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport to the flat costs circa € 50 and the journey lasts approximately 40 minutes. Otherwise there is a light railway service from the airport to Trastevere Station. A taxi from the station costs circa € 10. The N° 8 tram goes from the station to Piazza Sonnino approximately 700 metres from the flat (see map below). |

Using the map, from Piazza Sonnino take Via della Lungaretta as far as Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere and then turn right into Via della Scala. Take the first left (Via del Cedro). Via del Mattonato (not to be confused with Vicolo del Mattonato) is a few metres ahead on the right. |

From Roma Trastevere railway station take a taxi to the flat or the N°
8 tram to Piazza Cairoli which lies just 200 metres from the flat.
Follow the above directions (BY AIR) to get to the flat on foot. The
journey by train and taxi or tram takes approximately 1 hour. |
